9" Elk Bone Handled Green River Knife and Signed Black Walnut Hull Dyed Elk Rawhide Sheath

$295.00

This 9 inch knife has a Russell Green River Blade with an Elk Bone Handle. Russell Green River Works has made knives in the USA since the early 1800’s, and their knives were transported by pack train from St. Louis, Missouri, out into the West to be traded to trappers and Native tribes for furs. We make and install the elk bone handles from elk leg bones we gather each fall. Although patterned the same, the handle on each knife is unique because elk legs are not identical. The sheath is made of elk rawhide that we hand dye with black walnut hull and is lined and fringed with buckskin and laced with pronghorn. Each sheath is personally signed by Tom, Nancy and Will. Price includes shipping in the U.S.
